Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Showroom Manager to lead the daily operations of our jewellery showroom. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the jewellery retail industry, with a proven track record in sales, team management, customer relationship management, and achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the jewellery showroom.
Drive showroom sales and ensure monthly and annual revenue targets are achieved.
Lead, train, motivate, and supervise the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and showroom presentation.
Monitor inventory, stock movement, and coordinate with the inventory team.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales service professionally.
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and security guidelines.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports.
Coordinate with regional management to implement sales strategies and promotional activities.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in Jewellery Retail Sales, with experience as a Showroom Manager, Assistant Showroom Manager, Store Manager, or similar role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer-handling abilities.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Good knowledge of gold, diamond, precious stones, and jewellery retail operations.
Proficiency in billing systems, inventory management, and MS Office.
Flexible to work on weekends and retail business hours.
Preferred Background
Candidates from leading jewellery brands such as Tanishq, CaratLane, Malabar Gold & Diamonds, Kalyan Jewellers, Joyalukkas, BlueStone, ORRA, TBZ, Senco Gold, PNG Jewellers, Bhima Jewellers, Khazana Jewellery, Mia by Tanishq, or other reputed jewellery retail brands will be preferred.
