Short-Form Video Editor (Instagram Reels)

Ayurvedic Promise (by Healthiclick) is a doctor-led Ayurvedic wellness brand helping Indian women manage PCOS/PCOD, hairfall, irregular periods, and weight gain through natural, personalized care. We're looking for a Short-Form Video Editor to turn raw footage into high-retention Instagram Reels, working closely with our content lead and on-screen doctor. Success in this role means a steady, fast-turnaround stream of Reels that consistently drive views, saves, and DMs.



This is a paid opportunity — ₹15,000/month.



Responsibilities:



Edit 15–60 second Reels/Shorts from raw doctor consultations, patient testimonials, and B-roll footage

Add styled captions/subtitles in Hindi/Hinglish and English, consistent with brand visual identity

Cut for strong hooks, pacing, and retention suited to Instagram and YouTube Shorts

Sync trending audio, and add motion graphics, transitions, and text overlays where appropriate

Repurpose long-form footage into multiple short-form clips

Deliver against a consistent weekly content calendar

Ensure every edit aligns with our five content pillars: symptom callouts, myth vs. fact, patient stories, quick tips, and social proof



Qualifications:



Demonstrated portfolio of short-form/Reels editing (health, wellness, D2C, or lifestyle brand experience preferred)

Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or equivalent editing software

Strong understanding of pacing, hooks, and retention mechanics for short-form video

Comfortable editing Hindi/Hinglish content

Sensitivity to women's health content — tone must stay warm, non-clinical, and non-alarming, with no exaggerated claims

Reliable communication and fast turnaround on deliverables

Nice to have: After Effects experience, prior work with women's health or D2C brands, familiarity with current Instagram trends
