Shopify Web Developer

We are seeking a talented Shopify Web Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PHP, JavaScript, and jQuery, and possess in-depth knowledge of Shopify APIs. The Shopify Web Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Shopify websites. S/he will work closely with the design and marketing team to ensure the website is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for conversions.

Responsibilities-
• Design and develop custom Shopify websites using PHP, JavaScript, and jQuery
• Understand and work with Shopify APIs to customize features and functionality
• Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and user-friendly websites
• Ensure websites are optimized for search engines and conversion rates
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Shopify websites
• Manage website updates and maintenance tasks
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Shopify and web development trends and best practices
• Communicate project status and progress to the project manager and stakeholders

Qualifications-
• 3+ years of experience in Shopify web development
• Strong understanding of PHP, JavaScript, and jQuery
• In-depth knowledge of Shopify APIs and how to customize them
• Experience with Shopify Plus is a plus
• Familiarity with Shopify Liquid and the ability to write custom Shopify themes
• Understanding of web design principles and user experience
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and website optimization techniques
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and project management skills
