Join Our Team at Palmerston North! We’re looking for a few enthusiastic, customer-focused superstars to join our Palmerston North branch. This is a permanent role, with 30+hours per week. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver an exceptional in-store experience by welcoming and assisting customers, and building strong, lasting relationships. - Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring issues are resolved in a timely manner. - Provide clear and detailed product information to support customers’ decision-making - Assist front-line cashiers as needed, ensuring smooth operations at the checkout. - Support shop maintenance and collaborate with Sales, Warehouse, and other departments as required

Skills & Qualifications: - Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for helping others. - Outgoing personality with a collaborative, team-oriented approach. - Strong attention to detail, ensuring high standards of service. - Availability to work weekends and public holidays as required.
