Job Description
Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and, in some cases, warehouse efficiency are met.
Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate staff, manage attendance, assign tasks, and resolve personnel conflicts.
Safety & Compliance: Enforce company policies, safety protocols, and housekeeping standards to ensure a safe, clean work environment.
Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor machinery and processes, troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime, and submit daily reports to management.
