The Sexual Assault Referral Centre (SARC) in Alice Springs is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to coordinate the delivery of sexual assault services.

As a key member of the SARC team, you will work closely with healthcare providers, community organisations, and other stakeholders to ensure the provision of effective and efficient services.

Key responsibilities include:

Counselling and support for survivors of sexual assault
Developing and implementing crisis response plans
Providing education and training to healthcare providers and community members
Building capacity within the organisation and broader community
Requirements:

Professional experience in a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Capacity to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
