Full job description
ACAP is seeking several dedicated sessional Management Educators who are passionate about their field and excited to teach the next generation of professionals.

Opportunities are available at both our Perth Campuses.

We are seeking experts in one or more of the following units taught in our Master of Business Administration (MBA) Course:

Leadership and Professional Development
Project Management
Leading People and Change
Financial Decision Making (financial literacy)
Digital Transformation and Business Systems
Corporate Governance and Sustainability
Marketing Strategy in a Digital World
Leading Strategic Innovation
The Art and Science of Business Strategy
Entrepreneurship

Sessional work involves;

Teaching classes: Units are taught in 5 week blocks - a total of 36hours of teaching in a combination of full days and evening classes
Marking assignments and performing administrative tasks associated with the classes
Responding to student enquiries and providing advice as required
Teaching from one of our Perth campuses.
Qualifications
The candidates we seek will ideally have;

Experience or a keen interest in working in a tertiary education institution
Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships at all levels across the College
Excellent scholarly and Management/Business industry expertise
Passion and motivation to empower students and the next generation of Leaders, Managers and Innovators
Essential criteria for candidates include;

Masters or Doctoral level qualification
At least 5 years of leadership/management experience
