The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in ServiceNow tools, including CMDB, ITSM, and CSDM, along with strong proficiency in QA automation. This is a high-priority role requiring immediate joiners.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications, with a focus on CMDB, ITSM, and CSDM fundamentals.Create and execute automated test plans, test cases, and scripts for ServiceNow applications.Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet quality and performance standards.Identify, track, and resolve bugs through thorough testing.Utilize ServiceNow ATF and other automation tools to streamline testing processes.Requirements:5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development with strong knowledge of CMDB, ITSM, and CSDM.Expertise in QA methodologies, tools, and processes, with hands-on experience in automated testing tools.Familiarity with ServiceNow ATF is a plus.Ability to write clear and comprehensive test plans and test cases.Experience in performance or security testing is an advantage.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Must be available for immediate joining.Qualifications:Full-time BE/BTech, MCA, or MSc in IT/CS.Permanent employment history with no contract positions.
