About The Role
Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Service Receptionist to join the team. As a Service Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for customers contacting the service departments. You play a key role in delivering a positive customer experience by providing a welcoming, professional, and efficient service while supporting the service team with administrative and customer coordination tasks.
In this role you will:
Answer incoming service calls and return calls on behalf of both Parramatta & Five Dock service departments
Entering customer service bookings, checking Manufacturer campaigns, warranty verification, and updating customer details in ERA
Perform general administrative duties, including filing.
Managing the service departments email inbox, responding to all customer enquiries and requests in a timely manner
Our ideal candidate will possess the following:
Strong commitment to delivering high levels of customer service
Ability to follow processed and procedures to meet company standards
Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to adapt to new technologies
High attention to detail with well developed verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask, prioritise duties, and work efficiently within a team environment
Previous experience in a similar role or within the retail automotive industry is desirable
