Casual / Temp Receptionist - Tax Season!
Job Description
Join our dynamic team as an Admin/Receptionist and be at the forefront of our operations! We're seeking a dedicated individual to work full-time at our Kogarah Head Office, with the opportunity for continued employment afterwards on a casual or permanent part-time basis, two to three times per week.
Position: Admin/Receptionist
Locations: Kogarah
Duration: Full-time until end of October, with potential for casual/permanent part-time afterwards
Responsibilities:
Greet clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor
Manage incoming calls and correspondence
Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
Provide administrative support to the team as needed
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Requirements:
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Enthusiasm for providing exceptional customer service
