The Opportunity
As a Service Desk Analyst, you’ll be the first point of contact for IT support across WorkCover, delivering high-quality, timely assistance to our people online, over the phone and face to face. You’ll manage and resolve incidents and service requests efficiently, ensuring a seamless experience in line with agreed service levels and a strong customer-first mindset.
This role goes beyond simply fixing issues, you’ll take the time to understand underlying problems, applying critical thinking and sound judgement to determine priority and business impact. Whether resolving matters yourself or escalating to the appropriate teams, you’ll maintain ownership from start to finish, ensuring clear communication and a positive customer experience throughout.
You’ll be part of a collaborative and energetic team environment, supporting a range of technologies. With new technologies being introduced across the business, this is a great opportunity to continuously learn and grow your technical skillset.
About You

Availability to work rostered shifts between 7:00am – 5:00pm to ensure coverage
