This role largely focuses on outgoing communication as well, with post service follow up and maintenance reminders for our service guests.
We are seeking someone with the below Skills / Qualifications
Highly developed Guest and employee relation skills
Pleasant, clear phone manner
Controlled phone manner in situations of Guest angst
Average ability to articulate the English language in written and verbal form
Manage time adequately to meet deadlines
Willingness to learn
