Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in our establishment.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
Manage inventory by restocking supplies and notifying management of low stock levels.
Engage with customers, taking drink orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring all payments are processed correctly.
Adhere to food safety and handling regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary.
Monitor guest behavior and intervene as needed to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all patrons.
Skills

Proven experience in food service or bartending is preferred.
Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during busy periods.
Familiarity with POS systems for processing transactions effectively.
Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and change calculations.
Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual responsibilities.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.80 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 22 per week
