We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and reliable food counter attendent store manager to join our new team at Mowgli's Calgary Downtown. If you're passionate about delivering excellent customer service and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, we'd love to meet you!

As a server, you will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring guests have an outstanding dining experience from start to finish. The ideal candidate should be available for evening shifts and can stay until 1 AM. We’re especially looking for someone who lives nearby Inglewood or the surrounding areas for convenience.

Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner
Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
Provide recommendations based on the menu
Deliver food and drinks to the table in a timely manner
Handle customer inquiries and concerns with a positive attitude
Ensure cleanliness of the dining area and your assigned section
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure a smooth service
Process payments and complete transactions accurately
Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and restaurant appearance
Qualifications:

Previous serving experience is preferred but not required
Must be available to work evening shifts, including weekends (until 2 AM)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Must be reliable and punctual
Must be able to stand/walk for long periods of time
Living in or around Inglewood is an asset
