Responsibilities
Reports to: Managing Partner or Store Leader on Duty
Sell and serve food and drinks while providing guests with excellent and welcoming service according to the Kerbey Lane Steps of Service
Able to promote a welcoming environment for guests and fellow team members
Interact with guests in a friendly and efficient manner
All guests must be treated in a manner to ensure their complete satisfaction
Always strive to exceed our guest’s expectations
Complete and pass Kerbey Lane training program, the TABC Seller Server Training
Check identification of guests to ensure they are of legal age to consume alcoholic beverages
Serve 4-5 tables, or more as determined by Store Leader
Ability to suggestively sell, including but not limited to beverages, appetizers, entrees, specials and desserts
Take food and drink orders while using a point-of-sale system
Answers phone calls and answers questions concerning the menu and restaurant
Maintain specific side work and ensure total cleanliness and smooth operation of the restaurant
Follow Store Leader’s instructions and suggestions regarding their tasks
Communicates with expediters, hosts, bussers, and managers and assists in an entire team effort
All other duties as directed, including having fun with our guests and your co-workers

Position Summary:
Sell and serve food and drinks while providing guests with excellent and welcoming service according to the Kerbey Lane Steps of Service.
Major Responsibilities: Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Able to promote a welcoming environment for guests and fellow team members. Interact with guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
