Key Responsibilities:
Google My Business (GMB) Management:
Increase calls and rank on top.
Create, claim, and verify GMB listings.
Optimise GMB profiles with accurate business information, keywords, images, and service descriptions.
Post regularly on GMB to increase engagement and visibility.
Monitor and respond to customer reviews and queries.
Track GMB insights and report on performance metrics.
