Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office)
Wedding Markets: Rajasthan (Jaipur, Udaipur, Jodhpur, Pushkar, etc.)
Key Responsibilities
• 8+ years of experience in wedding planning / luxury events (Rajasthan experience
mandatory)
• Strong understanding of destination weddings in Rajasthan
• Excellent vendor network across Rajasthan
• Proven expertise in client handling, negotiation, and stakeholder management
• Strong communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solution-driven
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Willingness to work 6 days a week and travel extensively during wedding season
Required Skills & Experience:
• Proven experience in wedding or event planning.
• Strong client relationship and sales skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage budgets effectively.
• Flexibility to work weekends and manage multiple events simultaneously.
• 2-4 Years of experience in wedding planning
