Job Description
I'm looking for an experienced web designer and developer to build a professional, bilingual (English/French) website for one of our workforce development programs. You must have recent proven work track records and clients' references, at least 2 - 3. This is required.
What you'll deliver:
A custom WordPress site (~7 pages + 5 partner landing pages), fully bilingual, AODA-accessible, and built for long-term in-house management. Deliverables include wireframes/user stories, a technical requirements document, staging environment setup, and full testing and migration support.
You bring:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Graphic Design, or a related field (required)
• Proven WordPress development experience (custom CMS builds)
• Strong command of standard UI components (accordions, modals, mega menus, carousels, forms, filters, etc.)
• Experience working with non-profit or mission-driven organizations
• Bilingual (EN/FR) content capability
• A track record of on-time delivery and excellent client service
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada (Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or valid work permit) required for tax and payroll purposes
