Key responsibilities:
1. Ensuring the execution of multiple merchandising POV
2. Handling customer escalations along with the team & setting up processes
3. Coordinating with agencies and closing gaps on delivery and fulfillment
4. Handling data reporting and ensuring best practices are in place to drive on-site conversions
