12+ years experience in Brand Strategy/Planning in an agency setting
Expertise in both HCP and DTC healthcare communications
Demonstrated experience managing a team of strategists
Superb communications skills, both written and verbal/presentation
An adept storytelling ability; able to simplify and clarify complex concepts
Excellent analytical skills
A highly collaborative attitude
Passion for pitching
Curiosity about and ability to utilize a range of data sources including the use of Gen AI & behavioral data

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. This range may differ based on your experience and skill set, geographic location, and cost of living considerations. $200,000—$240,000 USD
