Senior UX Designer - Monetization
Job Description
Minimum Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Information Design, Graphic Design, or a closely related field;
Five years of professional product design experience;
Five years of experience in interaction design;
Two years of experience conducting generative and evaluative UX research;
Two years of experience using interaction design/prototyping tools, including Sketch, Principle, Figma, InVision, or Adobe Creative Suite;
Two years of experience organizing and facilitating design workshops;
Two years of experience leading and participating in experiments to validate design hypotheses and drive conversions;
Demonstrated experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Design, Product, and Engineering;
Demonstrated ability to design in the monetization space; and
A portfolio that demonstrates experience designing modern user interfaces (UIs) and interactions.
Experience may be gained concurrently.

Salary Range Transparency
Salary Range: $144,000 to $216,000 per year

The salary range for this role reflects the minimum and maximum compensation for the role. Offers are typically made between the range minimum and the range midpoint. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, and expertise, as evaluated during the interview process. The range(s) listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees.
