Senior Telesales Executive (Inbound & Outbound) OTE £40k – £45k
Job Description
This is a pure telesales role focused on conversion. You will be responsible for managing a consistent flow of inbound calls from interested families, as well as maintaining a high volume of outbound calls to follow up on direct digital enquiries. There is no cold calling involved; you will be working exclusively with high-intent, warm leads.
The Role:
This is a 100% office-based, phone-centric position. You must be comfortable navigating sensitive conversations while maintaining a sharp focus on securing the sale and meeting performance targets.
Inbound & Outbound Activity: You will handle a high volume of incoming sales enquiries while proactively calling back prospects who have requested information online.
Consultative Closing: You will guide families through our Variety Solo and Plus packages for when a person has passed away.
Explain the benefits of our FSCS protected funeral plans and close the sale.
Direct Pipeline Management: You will manage your own pipeline of warm leads through our CRM, ensuring no enquiry is left without a follow-up.
Compliance & Care: Working within FCA guidelines to deliver "good customer outcomes," ensuring families receive clear, accurate information during their purchase.
What We Are Looking For:
Experienced Telesales Closers: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-activity telesales or "one-call close" environment.
Phone Stamina: You are at your best when the phones are busy and you are moving from one call to the next.
Empathetic Persuasion: The ability to remain compassionate and patient with families while remaining focused on the sales objective.
Target Driven: A competitive nature with a desire to maximise your earnings through our uncapped commission structure.
Qualifications & Requirements:
A proven track record in phone-based sales (Telesales, Account Management, or Recruitment).
A professional and reassuring telephone manner.
Strong IT literacy and the ability to update CRM records accurately between calls.
Must be within commutable distance of Towcester.
