Senior Tax and Treasury Accountant Healthcare 23 days WFH

Looking to bring on a Senior Tax and Treasury Accountant. Very solid team with great work life balance. Position will largely focus on Treasury/Cash Management and will also act as liaison between company and external auditors who prepare their tax returns.

Position Specific Responsibilities
• Conducts or assists in the documentation and support of tax and treasury projects of varying complexity.
• Prepares schedules and supporting documentation for external auditors, income tax provisions, and returns.
• Analyzes tax and treasury transactions for entry, posts entries upon approval, collects and evaluates data, conducts analysis, and prepares reports.
• Reviews and verifies the accuracy of tax and treasury journal entries and accounting classifications assigned to various records.
• Reports inconsistencies to leadership.
• Assists with the preparation of general ledger account reconciliations.
• Maintains records of routine tax, treasury, and accounting transactions.
• Assists in the preparation of tax, treasury, financial and operating reports including trial balances, adjustments, and closing entries.
• Interprets and communicates financial reports and results for leadership.
