Job Description
Support to optimize machine performance and efficiency by using adequate problem solving tool available.
Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
Spare parts management on usage, budget control. and work on cost reductions.
Trouble shoot and diagnose difficult, infrequent problems in a systematic approach.
Monitor PM activities, OEE & MTBA performance, quality and yield of assembly processes.
Supports production stabilization projects to achieve robust manufacturing.
Assist in monitoring, improving, analyzing and in control processes, materials, tooling and equipment & updating of relevant documents.
Support new product & equipment for ramp-up & expansion manufacturing line.
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
Masters/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Microelectronics / Mechatronics / Semiconductor Technology).
More than 5 years working experience in electronics or semiconductor manufacturing industry, Expert in molding preferable.
Good communications and interpersonal skills.
Coach and supervise technical specialists/technicians by assigning tasks and checking work at frequent intervals.
Good understanding of TPM and Maintenance systematics.
Possessed good analytical and problem solving skills.
