Responsibilities include: Oversee daily construction activities at assigned project sites in Vapi, Coordinate with laborers, masons, and contractors for smooth execution of work, Ensure that construction is carried out as per approved drawings and project specifications, Monitor material usage, minimize wastage, and maintain stock records on site, Conduct regular quality checks on concrete, reinforcement, plumbing, and electrical work, Maintain daily progress reports, attendance records, and site documentation, Ensure safety compliance and that all workers follow site safety protocols.
