Senior Specialist/Lead Specialist/Manager - Global Analytics and Reporting (Human Capital)

We are seeking an accomplished and intellectually curious researcher to join our Human Capital Global Analytics and Reporting (GAR) team in Hyderabad, India. The GAR team partners closely with global recruitment, talent management, and HC leadership teams to deliver data-driven insights and analytical solutions that support strategic decision-making across the firm. This role sits at the intersection of people analytics and applied research, working closely with our HC Research team in New York on large-scale studies that help business leaders make informed decisions about their people. Projects span a broad range of topics across recruiting, talent assessment, workforce dynamics, and employee outcomes. The ideal candidate brings a solid foundation in statistics and applied research methods, the ability to translate complex findings into clear and compelling narratives, and the intellectual curiosity to tackle open-ended questions with rigor and creativity.
