Job Summary
We are looking for an EHS Manager / Safety Manager to lead plant safety, statutory compliance, ISO systems and EHS improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Implement and maintain ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 systems.
• Ensure EHS statutory and legal compliance.
• Conduct HIRA, JSA, safety audits, inspections and incident investigations.
• Manage PTW, LOTO, PPE, machine, electrical, fire and chemical safety.
• Drive safety training, induction, toolbox talks and emergency drills.
• Monitor contractor safety and workplace compliance.
• Maintain EHS documentation, reports and safety KPIs.
• Coordinate internal/external audits and close corrective actions.
• Lead EHS initiatives and promote a strong safety culture.
• Coordinate with Plant, Production, Maintenance and HR teams.
Requirements
• Diploma/Degree in Engineering / Industrial Safety.
• 5–9 years EHS/Safety experience, preferably in manufacturing/plant environment.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, HIRA/JSA, incident investigation and statutory compliance.
• Good leadership, communication and reporting skills.

• NEBOSH IGC
• ISO 45001 Lead Auditor

• First Aid
