M360 is built inside, Times Internet, the largest digital products company in India with properties like Times of India, Economic Times, Indiatimes, IDiva and others reaching 550M monthly users across India and beyond.
The same platform supports the publishing and monetization requirements of the group.
While we have over 200+ local publishers, outside of Times, in India live over the platform since our launch in June last year, we are piloting this platform with some of the largest publishers in the world with great results.
Job Role: Senior Software Engineer- Full Stack
Job Location: Noida (Hybrid)
Role & Responsibilities:
• You will be responsible for end to end development for a feature/module.
• You will be coordinating with the Product Team to understand the requirements and implement complex business logics.
• You will be integrating with Third Party External APIs(REST/SOAP).
• You will be responsible for creating REST APIs for Web Clients.
• You will be responsible for Unit testing, Integration testing, load testing of developed features/modules.
• You will be responsible for scaling/optimizing/fine-tuning of developed features/modules.
• You will be responsible for Production Support and Service Engineering as per need.
• You will be working in close coordination with the Product Team, Frontend developers and UX team.
Skill Set Required:
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in developing large scale web applications, with 3 years of experience developing microservices, APIs for integrations.
• Proficient in Java and web technologies - HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Exposure to React framework is a plus.
• Good understanding of software design principles and frameworks, client server interaction models, data modelling, querying and visualization.
• Experience with web servers, proxies, CDN, databases (SQL/NoSQL).
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and prioritize critical tasks.
• Able to empathize with end users and enhance their experience with the web portal.
• Applies innovation and creativity to provide solutions for complex problems in a time sensitive and fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision and mentor team
