Job Description
This position demands working on Bank's Enterprise Factory for retail and Corporate and require competencies as specified below.
• As a member of this dynamic and fast-paced team, you will be involved in the evolving technology strategy architecting enterprise-wide solutions.
• A Python and NodeJS developer who can provide expertise on multiple phases of a project lifecycle from design, implementation, optimization, and support.
• Design & develop high-quality microservices on open-source technologies to be cloud ready.
• The candidate will follow Agile software development methodologies and adhere to best practices in the software development process.
• Work with Retail, Corporates, SME’s and Fintech partners to implement and or co-develop cloud applications for the banks business, with particular emphasis on multi cloud environments and multiple cloud service providers like Microsoft Azure, AWS, GCP, understanding competitive landscape, and prioritizing projects based on business impact.
• Implement the Cloud Applications by identifying the capabilities and enhancements to meet client-driven needs, leverage market opportunities, counter competitive threats, and comply with regulatory requirements.
• Lead engagement with Business Analysis and core dev teams to create business requirements documentation to feed into the development process. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as and when required for project. Own tasks end-to-end from designing to deployment.
• Co-ordinate readiness and deployment of new developments with stakeholders, partners, vendors.
Key Skills
• NodeJS, Python, SQL, REST Webservices
• Good knowledge of CI/CD Pipeline.
• Excellent Engineering skills in designing and implementing scalable solutions.
• Exposure to Cloud, Kubernetes, Docker, Microservices, API development (REST, Soap) is highly desired.
• Experience in working on minimum one public cloud environments like Microsoft Azure, AWS GCP w.r.t. solutions development, deployment & adoption of cloud-based technology components like IaaS / PaaS offerings
• Should have experience in developing applications using Visual Studio Code, Docker Desktop, GIT.
• Should have good problem - solving skills, identify programming bottlenecks and bugs and find fixes.
• Strong communication skills and ownership
• Should be able collaborate and work with teams/stakeholders to build client requirements.
• Should be able to create clear, simple, and reusable code.
• Should have knowledge of SQL, databases. Good to have experience working on Postgres database.
Eligibility Criteria
• B.E / B.Tech / BCA/ MCA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
• 7+ years of hands-on development experience and in-depth knowledge of NodeJS, Python. NodeJS 18.x version and python 3.x version.
