Job Description
The world loves Postgres. If you work with developers or data scientists or anyone wrangling data, you’ll probably see a sticker with the tusks and trunk of the Postgres elephant on the lid of a nearby laptop. EDB has a lot to do with that.

Job Role
EnterpriseDB, the Enterprise PostgreSQL Company, is seeking engineer to join our development team. This position involves writing and maintaining backend database code for EnterpriseDB's Postgres Plus Advanced Server and PostgreSQL; reviewing and testing patches written by other team members, and assistance in resolving customer issues.
Requirement
• Minimum 5+ years of experience.
• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree or higher in the Computer Science discipline.
• At least 5+ years of recent C/C++ programming experience.
• Basic knowledge and understanding of scripting language.
• Good knowledge of database internals, either with PostgreSQL or some other RDBMS.
• Previous involvement with the PostgreSQL community or another open source community is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Solid communication skills in English, both orally and in writing.
• Highest level of personal and professional integrity.
• Experienced in working with a global team.
