Job Description
Purpose of the Role
This Senior Salesforce Administrator serves as a central point of contact coordinating efforts among developers, support teams, and end-users to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities include deployment, user setup, data management, monitoring, troubleshooting, enhancement, automation, reporting, upgrading, and training of the platform.
The Admin serves as a first-level subject matter expert for the Complaint Handling Process within the Trackwise system.
Main Responsibilities:
• Owning the administration of the Salesforce Platform, including user management, workflows, and basic validations.
• Collaborating with global teams for platform changes and enhancements.
• Providing expert support for report and dashboard setup and maintenance.
• Planning and managing release and upgrade cycles for environments.
• Performing data load activities on demand.
• Supporting MDR and regulatory/compliance-related activities.
• Collaborating with offshore teams for incident management and change requests.
Necessary Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in IT or Engineering or Computer Applications.
• Certified in Salesforce Administration.
• 3+ years of experience in Salesforce Administration and DevOps activities.
• 2+ years of experience with Trackwise or similar Quality Management Systems.
Required Skills:
• Familiarity with Salesforce architecture and related technologies.
• Knowledge of SF development best practices and objects.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum techniques and tools like JIRA.
• Strong communication skills (verbal/written/listening).
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience working with remote teams across continents and time zones.
