Job Description: Senior Sales Manager – Hotel

Location: Jaipur / Vaishai Nagar]
Experience: 4–8 Years (Hospitality / Hotel Sales)
Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month
Role Overview:
Fiestro Holidays Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a result-driven Senior Sales Manager – Hotel to lead hotel sales, drive revenue growth, and build strong client relationships. The candidate will be responsible for handling corporate tie-ups, group bookings, and event/wedding sales while ensuring maximum occupancy and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Generate leads and convert business for hotel bookings, weddings, and events
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and partners
• Handle group bookings, MICE, and wedding/event sales
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and packages with clients
• Collaborate with operations and event teams for smooth execution
• Track sales performance, prepare reports, and forecast revenue
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends
• Manage key accounts and ensure client satisfaction
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
