Position Summary:
The Senior Sales Manager is a high-level leadership role responsible for overseeing and driving the sales activities and strategies of the organization. With at least 8 years of experience in sales management and a proven track record of achieving sales targets, the Senior Sales Manager will play a critical role in managing sales teams, developing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Set clear sales goals and KPIs, and ensure alignment with overall company objectives.
2. Sales Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
- Identify new market opportunities and potential areas for business expansion.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decision-making.
3. Key Account Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, strategic accounts, and business partners.
- Participate in negotiations and large-scale deals to ensure successful closures.
4. Sales Forecasting and Budgeting:
- Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts and budget proposals to senior management.
- Monitor and control sales budgets and expenses to achieve financial targets.
5. Sales Performance Analysis: - Analyze sales performance against targets and objectives, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Identify sales trends, opportunities, and challenges, and propose solutions to address them.
6. Sales Process Improvement:
- Continuously improve sales processes, methodologies, and workflows to enhance sales efficiency and productivity.
- Implement sales tools and technologies to support the sales team's effectiveness.
7. Market and Competitive Analysis:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities.
- Use market insights to adjust sales strategies and gain a competitive advantage.
8. Sales Training and Development:
- Identify training needs within the sales team and coordinate training programs to enhance sales skills.
- Foster a culture of learning and professional development within the sales department.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
