Position Overview
We are looking for an ambitious, highly motivated, and results-driven Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing Sales team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying enterprise sales opportunities, generating high-quality leads, engaging decision-makers, and creating a strong pipeline for our Business Development and Sales teams.
This role requires a consultative selling approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand business challenges while positioning **docEdge®** and **bpmEdge®** as strategic digital transformation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1- dentify, research, and prospect enterprise customers across multiple industries.
2- Generate qualified leads through outbound calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and referrals.
3- Qualify opportunities using structured sales methodologies and business discovery techniques.
4- Schedule high-quality discovery meetings and product demonstrations for the Sales team.
5- Engage CXOs, Directors, Department Heads, and key business stakeholders to understand organizational challenges and digital transformation requirements.
6- Present the business value and competitive advantages of PERICENT's enterprise software solutions.
7- Build and maintain a healthy, high-conversion sales pipeline.
8- Manage and update CRM records with complete accuracy, ensuring proper lead tracking and reporting.
9- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Pre-Sales, Product, and Business Development teams to optimize outreach strategies and messaging.
10- Follow up consistently with inbound and outbound prospects to maximize conversion opportunities.
11- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
12- Achieve and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and sales targets.
13-Maintain the highest standards of professionalism while representing the PERICENT brand.
Required Qualifications
1- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Technology, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
2- 3–6 years of experience in **B2B Sales, Inside Sales, Sales Development, or Business Development**.
3- Proven experience in outbound prospecting, cold calling, lead qualification, and pipeline generation.
4- Prior experience selling **Enterprise Software, SaaS, DMS, BPM, ECM, ERP, CRM, or Digital Transformation solutions** will be highly preferred.
5- Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and consultative selling methodologies.
6- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
7- Experience working with CRM platforms and sales enablement tools.
8- Strong analytical, negotiation, objection-handling, and relationship-building abilities.
9- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
10- High level of professionalism, business ethics, and customer-centric thinking.
