• A minimum of 10 years’ experience in design of networking products.
• Preferable to have exposure to any of the following
• RDMA/RDMA/TCP/IP/UDP protocols.
• typical OS-Silicon interactions
• scatter-gather engines
• Programmable packet parsers
• Memory subsystem
• The ideal candidate has owned complex design modules and taken it from concept to silicon
• Proficient in RTL design using Verilog.
• Strong in scripting languages like perl, csh, awk, sed etc.
• Desire to create & patent new ideas
• Self-driven/motivated – “How can I make an impact or difference” attitude
• Desire and ability to work in team environment
• Desire to be exposed to all aspects of business model
• Strong communication skills and self-confidence
