Job Description:
As a Human Resource Specialist at Hospertz, you will play a crucial role in recruiting top-tier talent for healthcare teams, managing training programs, overseeing performance reviews, and contributing to the growth of our business. Your responsibilities will include:
Recruitment:
• Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified healthcare professionals.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and make informed hiring decisions that align with our organization's values and goals.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for various positions within the hospital commissioning sector.
Training Programs:
• Work closely with subject matter experts to design and implement comprehensive training programs for newly recruited and existing staff.
• Ensure training materials are up-to-date, relevant, and aligned with industry standards and best practices.
• Monitor training progress, gather feedback, and make necessary adjustments to optimize the learning experience.
Performance Reviews:
• Develop and manage a performance evaluation system that provides constructive feedback to employees and supports their professional development.
• Collaborate with managers to conduct regular performance reviews, set goals, and identify areas for improvement.
• Implement recognition and reward programs to motivate and retain high-performing team members.
Business Growth:

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience as a Human Resource Specialist, preferably in the healthcare sector.
• Solid understanding of recruitment processes, training program development, and performance management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with candidates, employees, and leadership.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Knowledge of relevant labor laws, regulations, and healthcare industry standards.
• Proficiency in HR software and tools for recruitment, training, and performance tracking.
