Role Overview Were looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to focus on sourcing and engaging top U.S.-based talent for our clients. This role is hands-on, with a high volume of sourcing, outbound outreach, and candidate calls. Youll play a critical part in building strong pipelines and ensuring candidates are well-informed and excited about opportunities. Key Responsibilities Source high-quality U.S.-based candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other channels Conduct initial candidate calls to assess fit, interest, and availability Maintain active communication with candidates throughout the process Keep accurate records of sourcing activities and candidate interactions in our ATS Build and manage pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience focused on hiring U.S.-based candidates Strong track record in sourcing and engaging passive talent Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written Familiarity with U.S. market hiring practices and candidate expectations Comfortable working evening shifts aligned to U.S. Eastern hours Highly organized and able to manage multiple searches simultaneously What We Offer Competitive salary with performance-based incentives Opportunity to work with top U.S. companies from anywhere in India Collaborative, high-energy, and growth-oriented environment
