We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior React Developer with expertise in Next.js to join our dynamic team. As a Senior React Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining our web applications using the latest technologies and best practices. Your primary focus will be on building efficient, scalable, and high-performance applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design and develop robust, scalable, and high-quality web applications using React and Next.js.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to industry best practices and coding standards.
• Implement responsive designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to established standards.
• Identify and address performance bottlenecks and optimize application performance.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in the React ecosystem and front-end development.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical expertise and guidance when needed.
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs, ensuring the stability and reliability of the applications.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Extensive experience in developing web applications using React and Next.js.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related front-end technologies.
• Solid understanding of modern web development concepts, including responsive design, performance optimization, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience with server-side rendering (SSR) and building scalable and maintainable front-end architectures.
• Deep understanding of state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX) and modern UI frameworks (e.g., Material-UI, Ant Design).
• Proficient in version control systems (e.g., Git) and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in an iterative development environment.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with other JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, Vue.js) and libraries.
• Familiarity with GraphQL and RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of backend technologies such as Node.js, Express.js, or similar frameworks.
• Understanding of software testing methodologies and experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Enzyme).
• Experience with performance profiling and optimization techniques.
• Contributions to the open-source community or personal side projects showcasing your skills.
