For our business, for clients, and for you Key duties and responsibilities  Receipt of required data for the preparation of Book-Keeping and periodic primary statements, namely – P&L account, Balance sheet, Cash-flows & notes as appropriate.  Analysis of bank transactions and processing them on accounting platform/excel.  Analysis and processing of invoices, expenses, and other transactions.  Clear understanding of accrued & prepaid expenses, FAR & Revaluations.  Understanding of cash, capital & Dividend movements  Ability to reconcile AP & AR (Inter-company transactions)  Exposure to Trial balance finalization.  Preparation & reporting of periodic management accounts in multiple GAAPs, mainly in IFRS, US GAAP.  Exposure to payroll accounting, posting journal entries & VAT/GST calculations/returns.  Ability to understand and resolve queries raised by Onshore, Client, Auditor and Director.
