Hiring: Senior QA Engineer / QA Lead Automation (Salesforce | POS & Payments)
Location: Bangalore (Work from Office Day 1)

About the Role:
We are hiring Senior QA Engineers / QA Leads for a leading global MNC's Bangalore delivery center. Looking for strong automation testers with expertise in either Salesforce testing or POS/Payments domain.
Opening 1: QA Lead Salesforce Automation
Mandatory Skills
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce testing
• Strong expertise in Python-based test automation (Selenium, PyTest)
• Experience with BDD frameworks (Behave/Cucumber)
• API testing (REST/SOAP)
• End-to-end test automation framework design and execution
• Experience leading QA teams and driving test strategy
Good to Have
• Playwright for end-to-end automation
• CI/CD pipeline integration (Jenkins/GitHub Actions)
• Version control tools (Git)
• Exposure to AI-enabled QA tools and approaches
Opening 2: QA Lead POS, Payments & Loyalty
Mandatory Skills
• 7+ years of experience in testing Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Deep expertise in Payments domain (payment gateways, transaction processing, settlement flows)
• Experience testing Loyalty programs and reward engines
• Mobile Application testing (Android/iOS)
• Strong API and Backend testing skills
Good to Have
• CI/CD Integration
• Azure DevOps
• Database/Backend validation
• Performance testing of payment transactions
Common Responsibilities (Both Roles):
• Design and implement scalable automation frameworks
• Lead test planning, strategy, and execution for product releases
• Define quality metrics, test coverage, and reporting dashboards
• Mentor junior QA engineers and conduct code reviews
• Collaborate with development, product, and DevOps teams
• Perform regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing
• Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement in QA processes
Who Should Apply:
• B.E./B.Tech/MCA or equivalent degree
• 7+ years of relevant QA automation experience
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
