Job Summary:
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of high-end interior design projects for office spaces. You will manage all aspects of the project, from inception to completion, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. This role requires extensive experience in managing on-site project execution, particularly in the interior design sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning:
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
On-Site Management: Supervise the execution of interior design projects on-site, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or changes in project scope.
Budget Management: Monitor and control project costs, ensuring projects are delivered within budget and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
Quality Control: Implement strict quality control measures to ensure that all aspects of the project meet the highest standards.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Reporting: Prepare and present detailed project reports to senior management, highlighting progress, challenges, and solutions.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
- Experience: 10-15 years of proven experience in managing interior design projects, particularly in office spaces.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software AutoCAD, and other design tools.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience in leading large, multidisciplinary teams.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing project challenges.
-Time Management: Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
