SENIOR PRODUCTION SUPPORT SPECIALIST, Credit - Small Business and Consumer
Are you passionate about providing top-notch support in the financial services sector? Join us as a Senior Production Support Specialist in Credit Solutions, where you will play a crucial role in reviewing small business consumer, line, and loan requests, including various real estate transactions. Your expert oversight will ensure all files are complete with necessary documentation for underwriting decisions in our Small Business and Consumer division. In this role, you'll also provide valuable support to the department through guidance, training, and assistance with audit reviews as required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Thoroughly review files submitted by business units to guarantee completeness of credit, income, and asset documentation.
• Receive and upload conditions/documents related to loan processing.
• Utilize pipeline reports to manage and prioritize your daily workflow effectively.
• Communicate with clients by sending various letters to ensure compliance with all regulations.
• Review and clear conditions within your authority level.
• Perform routine data entry and validation tasks to maintain accuracy.
• Follow up on trailing documents as necessary.
• Accurately verify and input loan information into the loan origination system.
• Provide training, guidance, and conduct audit reviews, reporting findings to Management as needed.
• Carry out additional tasks assigned by management.
What You Need to Succeed:
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of recent mortgage or commercial experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of administrative or office clerk experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Proven problem-solving skills with timely resolution abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• High performance levels in stressful situations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational capabilities.
• Proficiency in multitasking and working within deadlines.
• Solid understanding of federal and state regulatory policies and procedures.
• Strong proficiency in PC applications, including Microsoft Office and Loan Origination systems (e.g., Finance Center, nCINO).
