McCormick Canada is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join the Canadian Marketing team. This role is part of McCormick’s Canadian Consumer Products Division and is based at the Drew Road office in Mississauga, ON. The position reports to the Senior Brand Manager on the Spice & Seasonings portfolio.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Senior Product Manager is responsible for leading the Club House Straight fill and Blended spices portfolio to deliver profitable growth through annual business planning, commercialization of new innovation, portfolio management and ongoing business performance management.
This role develops and executes Annual Business Plans, leads commercialization, renovation and portfolio initiatives. It also owns ongoing business management activities including forecasting, financial performance, and monthly business deliverables. The Senior Product Manager partners across Marketing, Sales, Finance, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Consumer Insights, Regulatory, R&D and Global Marketing to successfully execute business priorities and deliver annual sales, profit and market share objectives.
The ideal candidate is a collaborative marketer with strong commercial acumen, analytical capability and project leadership skills. This role requires the ability to influence cross-functional teams, remove barriers, manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic Consumer Packaged Goods environment.
