Senior Process Analyst Finance (R2R S2P Fixed Assets)

We are seeking an experienced and highly analytical Senior Process Analyst Finance to lead documentation, standardization, and governance of end-to-end finance processes across:
• Record-to-Report (R2R)
• Source-to-Pay (S2P)
• Fixed Asset Lifecycle (FAL)

The role will focus on building structured process maps (L0L3), developing detailed SOPs, defining ownership and handoffs, and establishing a centralized finance process repository to drive consistency, scalability, and operational excellence across finance operations.

This position plays a critical role in improving transparency, reducing inefficiencies, and enhancing audit readiness.

Key Responsibilities

Process Documentation & Mapping
• Lead end-to-end documentation of R2R, S2P, and FAL processes at L0L3 levels
• Develop desk-level procedures aligned with real-world execution
• Clearly define process inputs, outputs, handoffs, dependencies, and ownership
• Articulate the Why, What, and How of each finance process

Process Standardization & Governance
• Establish standardized documentation templates and conventions
• Ensure naming consistency and structured hierarchy across all process areas
• Define and document RACI (Roles & Responsibilities)
• Support governance forums with updated process definitions

Non-Value Work Identification
• Identify inefficiencies, duplications, and rework across finance processes
• Maintain an improvement inventory
• Recommend elimination or simplification strategies

Knowledge Management
• Build and manage a centralized finance process repository
• Ensure documentation accessibility and usability
• Support onboarding and cross-training initiatives

Stakeholder Engagement
• Facilitate workshops with Process Owners and SMEs
• Validate documented workflows against actual execution
• Resolve cross-functional inconsistencies
• Act as a neutral authority across finance workstreams
