Responsibilities:
1. Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions and medical histories.
2. Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and physician referrals.
3. Administer a range of therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to promote mobility, strength, and pain relief.
4. Educate patients on home exercises and self-management strategies for ongoing improvement.
5. Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
6. Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
