Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Performance Marketing Trainer. The trainer will design and deliver advanced performance marketing curricula, including topics such as paid search, paid social, analytics, conversion optimization, and campaign strategy. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting live online sessions, creating training materials and assessments, reviewing learner work, and providing constructive feedback and mentorship. The role also involves staying current with industry trends, refining course content based on learner outcomes, collaborating with internal teams on program improvements, and occasionally supporting marketing or sales teams with subject matter expertise. The Senior Performance Marketing Trainer is expected to model best practices, guide learners toward industry standards, and contribute to the overall quality and effectiveness of UpSkillIndia’s training programs.

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear presentation abilities and learner-focused interaction.
• Candidates should possess advanced Marketing and Social Media Marketing skills, with proven expertise in performance-driven campaigns.
• Candidates should possess solid Training and coaching skills, including curriculum design, facilitation, and learner assessment.
• Candidates should possess practical Sales and stakeholder management skills, especially in explaining performance marketing value to diverse audiences.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include hands-on experience with major ad platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads), analytics tools, and A/B testing; prior experience teaching or mentoring in a professional or academic setting; a track record of managing significant ad budgets and delivering measurable ROI; strong organizational and documentation skills; and a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
