We are looking for a skilled Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and scale our digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), SEO, and Shopify e-commerce growth. If you're passionate about driving results and growing online revenue, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube)
• Execute high-performing Meta Ads campaigns on Facebook and Instagram
• Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase organic visibility
• Manage marketing automation, CRM platforms, and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, etc.).
• Drive Shopify e-commerce growth through conversion optimization and paid traffic
• Monitor campaign performance, generate reports, and improve ROAS
• Perform A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and audiences
• Stay updated with digital trends and platform changes
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads for further nurturing and closing.
• Provide the sales team with detailed information about leads and prospects to support the sales process.
Qualifications
• Minimum 4 years of experience in performance marketing
• Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO
• Hands-on experience with Shopify marketing tools and analytics
• Strong analytical and reporting skills (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.)
• Proven ability to scale paid campaigns and manage budgets effectively
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
