About the opportunity
This is a high-impact Senior P&C Business Partner role within Network Operations, partnering with senior leaders to shape the people and culture agenda at scale. You’ll be part of a forward-thinking P&C function, leveraging data, technology and contemporary ways of working to drive meaningful business outcomes.
Working in a complex, fast-paced environment, you’ll play a key role in enabling transformation, lifting capability and embedding a culture aligned to the Australia Post strategy and the AP Way.
What you’ll deliver with us
You’ll partner closely with General Managers and Leadership Teams to deliver strategic people outcomes that directly support business performance. Success in this role looks like building strong leadership capability, shaping a future-ready workforce, and embedding a culture of engagement, accountability and continuous improvement.
You’ll work collaboratively across the broader P&C function, using insights, data and commercial acumen to influence decision-making and deliver tangible results for leaders, teams and the wider organisation.
You’ll also
Partner with senior leaders to design and deliver workforce and talent strategies, including succession planning and pipeline development
Coach and enable leaders to lead change, build high-performingteamsand navigate industrial and stakeholder environments
Use people data,analyticsand technology (including AI) to generate insights and inform decision-making
Drive a strong focus on safety,wellbeingand risk management in partnership with P&C subject matter experts
Embed the P&C operating model while fostering a customer-centric, innovative and high-performance culture
About you
You’re a commercially minded and strategic P&C leader who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments. You bring a strong ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders, though your coaching style, you build trust quickly and help leaders navigate change, uplift capability and embed a high-performance, customer-focused culture aligned to Australia Post’s values.
You’ll also need
Demonstrated experience influencing and partnering with senior leaders to deliver people and culture outcomes at scale
Proventrack recordleading organisational change and transformation initiatives, including operating model redesign
Strong understanding of employment legislation, industrialrelationsand workforce governance in complex environments
Exceptional communication, coaching and stakeholder engagement skills, including experience working with unions and external partners
Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR, Business or a related discipline (postgraduate studies highly regarded), alongside significant HR experience
