What You Will Do

As a Pelvic Health Physical Therapist, you will evaluate and treat patients while delivering individualized care designed around their goals.

Your responsibilities will include:

Evaluate patients with pelvic health, pelvic floor, and orthopedic concerns
Develop individualized plans of care
Deliver evidence-based Pelvic Health Physical Therapy interventions
Use clinical reasoning to guide treatment progression
Educate patients about their condition, treatment, and recovery
Build trust and create a comfortable treatment experience
Monitor patient outcomes and modify treatment plans
Collaborate with fellow clinicians when beneficial
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Communicate clearly with patients and team members
Support a positive and patient-centered clinic culture
Contribute ideas that support continued pelvic health program growth
Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for an experienced Physical Therapist who is passionate about pelvic health, quality care, professional growth, and meaningful patient relationships.

You may be a strong fit if you:

Hold an active Physical Therapist license or are eligible for licensure
Hold a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree or equivalent
Have at least 3 years of clinical experience
Have pelvic floor treatment experience
Have completed Herman and Wallace coursework or similar advanced training
Use strong clinical reasoning and evidence-based treatment
Communicate with empathy, clarity, and professionalism
Build trust with patients
Value individualized and patient-centered care
Enjoy collaborating with other clinicians
Want to continue developing your pelvic health expertise
Bring a positive and team-focused approach to work
Want to contribute to the growth of a specialty program
Pelvic floor treatment experience is required.

Herman and Wallace coursework is strongly preferred.
