Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Mobile Developer with a strong proficiency in React Native and expertise in deploying mobile applications to both iOS and Android platforms. The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing user-friendly mobile apps, ensuring smooth deployment processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to build and maintain scalable mobile solutions.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end development and deployment of mobile apps, including building new features, optimizing performance, and ensuring app store compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers to implement new features and enhancements.
• Manage the entire mobile application lifecycle, including concept, design, build, deploy, test, and release to App Store and Google Play.
• Deploy and publish apps on both iOS App Store and Google Play Store, ensuring compliance with each platform’s guidelines and best practices.
• Optimize app performance for smooth and seamless user experiences on both iOS and Android devices.
• Integrate native APIs and SDKs into the React Native app for enhanced functionality.
• Debug, test, and fix bugs across both Android and iOS platforms to ensure app stability and reliability.
• Manage OTA updates and push notifications for seamless user experience and app updates.
• Stay up-to-date with new mobile technologies, platform developments, and trends to ensure the application remains innovative and competitive.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in mobile development using React Native.
• Strong knowledge of iOS and Android development, including app deployment, provisioning profiles, and certificates.
• Proven experience in publishing apps to both the App Store and Google Play.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript, ES6+, and React concepts (Redux, Hooks, etc.).
• Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries integration (e.g., Firebase, Push Notifications, etc.).
• Familiarity with Xcode and Android Studio for native debugging and development.
• Hands-on experience with App Store Connect, TestFlight, and Google Play Console for managing beta testing, deployment, and updates.
• Strong experience with OTA updates using tools like CodePush or Expo.
• Knowledge of App Store and Google Play Store compliance and app submission guidelines.
• Experience in implementing app performance optimization techniques.
• Solid understanding of version control systems, especially Git.
Bonus Skills:
• Experience with TypeScript in React Native projects.
• Understanding of native iOS (Swift/Objective-C) and native Android (Java/Kotlin) development for extending React Native functionalities.
• Knowledge of mobile security best practices and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment (e.g., Fastlane, Bitrise, or GitHub Actions).
• Experience with Firebase services, including Firestore, Authentication, and Push Notifications.
Soft Skills:
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with designers, developers, and product managers.
